Job Description

1.Complete the technical communication with design institute and the construction side of new railway project in the early stage, formulate the application proposal of target fastening system based on track condition, and independently complete the design work of interface for the target fastener and rail seat and design interface as well as its relevant components.

2.Participate in and support the completion of optimization design and the formulation of technical specification, provide constructive comments for the design and related specification of material performance and its parameters.

3.Assist to complete the assigned task for technical support of ongoing projects under construction. Know well the performance and parameters of each type of fastening system, its installation, maintenance, and each step involved in the slab track construction. And put forward reasonable solution to problem on site

4.Follow and revisit the application of fastening system in operated lines, finish the report of long-term investigation, and analyze and summarize the long-term accumulated data. Meanwhile, the solution to each problem in service shall be put forward.

5.Dynamic follow-up and update of project working documents (HSR, UTS)

6.Assis to complete technical specification according to customer technical specifications, industry standard and internal current technical spec.

7.Complete the option and analysis of application materials, and provide practical reasonable suggestion for the development and optimization of required fastening system

8.Assist to review the technical part of the bidding documents, and assist in the preparation of the technical part of the bidding documents, including technical conditions, drawings, test reports, technical service schemes, installation manuals, etc.

Job Requirements

1.Majoring in railway engineering or transportation engineering railway direction, mechanical engineering, materials engineering

2. 1~2 years related experience, accept fresh graduate students.

3.Fluent in English reading and writing (English 6 or IELTS equivalent)

4.Able to read and understand CAD, can operate CAD (better), skilled word, Excel and other office software operations

5. Basic project management knowledge, able to accept appropriate business trips

6. Good communication, thinking, proactive, willing to learn
