• Regular relations with the department's internal contacts: Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, HR
• Regular relations with internal contacts in the company: All departments, in particular PM, Engineering, Industrial Excellence, Machining experts.
• Regular relations with external contacts: Suppliers.

Your Tasks

Is In-charge of identifying opportunities for process improvement both on the production floor as well as transactional, cost reduction, Planning, facilitating, and executing continuous improvement events. The main missions are:

• Evaluating and prioritizing potential improvements based on gains and required effort, specifying deliverables, outcome indicators, and performance-measured indicators
• Project scheduling and execution planning
• Guarantees the results of safety, costs effectiveness, delivery performance and quality
• Master production scheduling and material planning
• Anticipates risks, ensure proper allocation of resources in line with needs, in terms of competencies, headcounts
• New component, product/process development
• Product costing

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering or a related field.
• Quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
• Continuous Improvement Manager certification would be a plus
• Competent in work with MS office, ppt presentations and communication
• English language proficiency
• Minimum 14 years of work experience in industry, out of which 5 years of experience in the field of Continuous Improvement.
• Learning Attitude
• High ability to work in a team.

His/her mission is not to get involved in too much daily activities but more being oriented on the increase of the middle-term efficiency: identifying and eliminating wastes (MUDA), bottlenecks, dangers, risks, bad production management behaviors & reflexes, identifying useless complicated product designs, Value Stream Mapping, etc.)
