Against the backdrop of the ambitious climate change mitigation targets of the Paris Agreement to limit global warming to 1.5 degrees on average, rail as a mode of transport is gaining enormously in importance. Moving greater levels of traffic onto the rail network is a core part of sustainable, environmentally and climate-friendly mobility. Vossloh produces durable products for rail infrastructure and provides services to improve the performance, reliability and service life of the rail infrastructure. The Group is continuously working to reduce the consumption of raw materials and minimize emissions, while at the same time ensuring the efficient use of resources and minimizing environmental impact.
