Vossloh CEO Schabert will not extend his contract after expiry in March 2017

Dr. h.c. Hans M. Schabert, since April 1, 2014 CEO of Vossloh AG, will not be available for an extension of his contract after expiry on March 31, 2017 due to family related reasons. Yesterday evening, March 2, 2016, he informed the Supervisory Board accordingly. The Supervisory Board took note of the decision with deep regret.

The contracts of the two other Management Board members Oliver Schuster and Volker Schenk will be orderly prolonged for another three years term after expiry on February 28, 2017 and April, 30, 2017, respectively.

Hans M. Schabert has introduced and successfully implemented a restructuring and comprehensive repositioning process of the company since spring 2014. After completion of this transformation, Vossloh will attain above-average and profitable growth as a focused provider of rail infrastructure products and services in selected international markets. Vossloh will publish the annual report 2015 on March 17, 2016.
